Throughout my work I do my best to keep these values in mind:
Compassion
I feel that compassion is one of the core values in engaging in relationships. I might not agree, but I still work from a place of compassion, warmth and respect for others.
Movement
I aim to be flexible in my way of working, adapting to the context, to the task, to the challenge, I move, I have a flexible point of view.
Curiosity
I am constantly curious about what is not evident and obvious. I want to unbury the hidden potential present in any individual, group, organization or community and myself.
Play
What does all the rest matter if you don’t have fun? I play, discover and have fun.
