What do I want to do?

I want work on projects where I can integrate the powerful transformational potential in nature, with Process Design and facilitation and exploring how technology can further this development.

I want to work on projects where people learn and grow and realize their ideas and dreams. I want to inspire and be inspired. I want to work with people - co-creating. I want to empower people and make them smile and laugh. I think by creating a interpersonal relation that are healthy, strong and humorous, we can overcome most of the trouble we face today, in our families, organization and in the world. - I think our relationship to nature plays a big part in creating these relationships that can nurture our world.

What can I do?

I love hosting and facilitating workshops and processes that bring people closer to their desired futures, leading projects and crafting new ideas. I think very visually, and like to capture what is happening around me in an image or picture. I can get excited about numbers and spreadsheets. I am good at motivating others and keeping a good at creative atmosphere in a group. I explore how technology and web 2.0 applications can help projects, teams and individuals communicate and collaborate in a more efficient way. I am good at structure and organizing.
